* Each USA Assignor, should release a list of the Referee assignments into a USA web site or they are to be emailed to the Clubs in their area. (weekly) 

* Clubs must proof their assignments and check for any time changes or mistakes by the assignor and communicate any discrepancies to the USA Assignor ASAP. 

* Clubs must post the Referee assignments each week, so that coaches can verify that a Referee is assigned to their games.

* Clubs must report all "No Shows" to their USA Assignor or to the League.
