EARN MONEY FOR COLLEGE

The United Soccer Association awarded Joan Judd Grants for the twenty second consecutive year, in the Spring of 2011. In the past 22 years, five hundred twenty students have received $500.00 - $750.00 each, for a total of $299,250! In 2010, thirty-seven players were awarded grants and in the Spring of 2011, a record breaking 59 players were selected. These grants were awarded to recognize outstanding young women and men of the community, who were USA League soccer players and who had plans to continue their education beyond high school. This year, in April 2012, the USA Executive Board will be offering the Joan Judd Grant again, for those students who meet eligibility requirements.

USA Soccer considers this event one of the highlights of our season and an example of how your registration fees are used to give back to the soccer community.
