If you are an affliate member, your club has voting authority and must attend all monthly meetings.   When your club submitted the Club Affliate/Associate Form for 2007-08, three individuals were designated as having voting rights on behalf of your club.  Should none of those three individuals be able to attend the meeting, it is necessary to complete and present a club proxy form.  This form gives permission for a named club representative to attend on behalf of your organization.  This form needs to be downloaded from the link to the left and presented at sign-in.  Without your designated representatives or a club proxy, your club will not have voting authority.
